At Take My Hand Counseling & Consulting LLC, we specialize in providing trauma-informed care for pediatrics and adolescents who encounter mental, emotional & relational stress from sexual traumatic experiences. We also serve adults who may be experiencing complications related to childhood trauma, transitions, and loss. Some common difficulties related to trauma could be presented as anxiety, anger, socio-emotional difficulties, stress, outburst, and poor relational skills. Our mission at Take my Hand is to be a hand of support for survivors of sexual abuse and a champion for prevention. We provide therapy where healing can take place organically through a combination of different therapeutic approaches based on her client’s presenting concerns, goals, symptoms, and motivation.
